Can an amide analog retain the high potency of the classic urea motif in soluble epoxide hydrolase inhibitors? Through a single unconventional switch, the introduction of the underexplored pentafluorosulfanyl group into an amide analog of TPPU, the authors restored high inhibitory potency.
