This perspective reframes additive manufacturing for electrical machines as a qualification‐limited materials and architecture design problem. It links process–structure–property–performance relationships to magnetic, conducting, dielectric, and thermal property windows, highlighting where AM can enable segmented magnetic circuits, permanent magnet ...

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Gridded circular patch antennas [PDF]
The performance of circular microstrip patch antennas is presented where the conducting patch and ground plane are constructed from a grid. Improved cross polarization, mode suppression, and band-width are possible, but are accompanied by lower gain and ...

Two-Dimensional Glide-Symmetric Dielectric Structures for Planar Graded-Index Lens Antennas
In this letter, we propose and study a 2-D glide-symmetric dielectric periodic structure. We demonstrate that glide symmetry broadens the bandwidth of operation and achieves lower effective refractive indices when compared to non-glide configurations ...

Ultra-Wideband Dielectric Lens Antennas for Beamsteering Systems
This paper presents a high-directivity ultra-wideband beamsteering antenna array. An innovative beamsteering system based on hemispherical dielectric lenses fed by a set of different printed antennas is proposed. Diversity of signals in different spatial

Fusogenic RNA Nanomodules for Fusion‐Mediated and Multiplexed siRNA Delivery
A fusogenic lipid‐layered RNA nanomodules (L‐CRAMs) enable high‐capacity and long‐lasting siRNA delivery through membrane fusion. These nanomodules carry exceptionally large siRNA payloads, avoid conventional endosomal uptake, and release multiple functional siRNAs through Dicer‐mediated processing.

Shaped Lens Antenna for 5G Mobile With Wide Angle Multi-Beam and Optimum Feed Position
Millimeter wave operation in 5G base stations necessitates small cell size and advanced multi-beam capabilities. At millimeter waves, base station antennas must be highly compact, making dielectric lens antennas with excellent multi-beam radiation ...
