Climbing the urban canopy: Camera trap insights into mammal activity and habitat use
Abstract Urbanization profoundly impacts wildlife behavior and habitat use. While the effects of urbanization on diel activity patterns and mammal interactions have been well studied at the ground level, little is known about spatiotemporal patterns above the ground.

Faecal Pellets as a Non‐Invasive Source for DNA‐Based Monitoring of Lagomorphs
We review the use of faecal DNA to investigate wild lagomorph populations. In so doing, we examined ASPECTS like sampling design, storage medium, DNA extraction protocol, molecular markers, and the final yield of the analysis. We provide a valuable starting point for researchers who intend to conduct non‐invasive genetic investigations.

A Ground Surface Rolling Method for Detecting Environmental DNA of Terrestrial Animals
The Koro‐rin sampler enables surface‐based eDNA detection of terrestrial animals. This approach captured a broad range of bird and mammal taxa, including small and cryptic species, and revealed seasonal patterns in animal presence, complementing conventional monitoring methods.
