Respirol Case RepWe report a case of a man developing erythema nodosum leprosum after initiating treatment for drug‐susceptible pulmonary tuberculosis. This highlights the importance of recognising concomitant leprosy in patients with tuberculosis since these mycobacterial infections require different long‐term multidrug regimens.
