Effect of Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) in a murine model of graft‐versus‐host disease (GVHD). Following an allogeneic transplant from C57BL/6J donors to BALB/c recipients, PEA treatment improved survival, alleviated clinical symptoms, and protected target organs in GVHD‐affected mice.

Screening the Irish Marine Biorepository Identifies a New Bryostatin Analog as Potent Inhibitor of Activated B‐Cells Diffuse Large B‐Cell Lymphoma

Bryostatin analogs are found to be accumulated in the nudibranch Antiopella cristata collected in Irish waters. These are found to be potent inhibitors of activated B‐cells diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma. Activated B‐cell diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (ABC‐DLBCL) is an aggressive cancer with poor response to standard chemotherapy.

ShcD adaptor protein drives invasion of triple negative breast cancer cells by aberrant activation of EGFR signaling

We identified adaptor protein ShcD as upregulated in triple‐negative breast cancer and found its expression to be correlated with reduced patient survival and increased invasion in cell models. Using a proteomic screen, we identified novel ShcD binding partners involved in EGFR signaling pathways.
