PTPN2 and Leukopenia in Individuals With Normal TPMT and NUDT15 Metabolizer Status Taking Azathioprine

Leukopenia is a common dose‐dependent side effect of azathioprine, often leading to drug discontinuation. Variants in TPMT and NUDT15 are associated with azathioprine‐induced leukopenia but only explain 25% of cases.

Subcutaneous panniculitis‐like T‐cell lymphoma. Survival outcomes according to the presence of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) and T category. Relapse‐free survival was inferior in patients presenting with generalized (T3) skin lesions. Overall survival was poor in patients with HLH. Relapse‐free survival was also reduced in patients with HLH.

Challenges of Dengue in Hematological Disease Patients: Descriptive Analysis From the DANGO Registry During the 2023–2024 Outbreak in Argentina

During the 2023–2024 Argentine dengue outbreak, 33 patients with hematological disease showed high complication rates, frequent hospitalization (64%), severe thrombocytopenia (90%), and 6% dengue‐attributable mortality. Transfusion‐associated cases were documented.
