Traffic violations at a level crossing with half-barriers [PDF]

Behaviour of road traffic at a road-railway level crossing was recorded on video for 30 days. During the observation period 195 motor vehicles entered the level crossing while the half-barrier device warned of an approaching train.

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.
