In this article, the issue that the relationship of Hegel’s political philosophy to traditional liberalism is tried to examine. In contradiction to the thinkers who propose that Hegel’s opinions prepared the liberalism, Hegel’s view on political philosophy and state in fact seems as the critique of liberalism.

Temel haklar başkalarının müdahale etmemesine ilişkin asgarî talepler olarak görülür. Ama bireylerin bir temel hak meselesi olarak birbirinden talep edebilecekleri münhasıran “müdahaleden kaçınma” mıdır, yoksa birtakım yararların teminine ilişkin iddiaların da kabul edilmesi mi gerekir?
