First records of Anema nodulosum, A. tumidulum, and Pyrenocarpon thelostomum (Lichinales, Lichinaceae) in Ukraine and a contribution to Collematetea cristati communities

Three new for Ukraine species, Anema tumidulum, A. nodulosum, and Pyrenocarpon thelostomum (Lichinales, Lichinaceae), are reported. They were found in the Dnister Canyon, on the S and W exposed cliff surfaces where water tracks formed 'a black zone' of the Collematetea cristati class.

The chromosomal genome sequence of the Black Lichen, Lichina pygmaea (Lightf.) C.Agardh (Lichinales: Lichinaceae) and its associated microbial metagenome sequences

We present a haploid genome assembly from an individual Lichina pygmaea (Black Lichen; Ascomycota; Lichinomycetes; Lichinales; Lichinaceae). The genome sequence has a total length of 32.42 megabases. The assembly is scaffolded into 7 chromosomal pseudomolecules.
