Single Pair of Weyl Points Evolve From Spin Group‐Protected Nodal Line in Half‐Metallic Ferromagnet V3S4

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A spin group (SG)‐based mechanism is proposed to realize a single pair of Weyl points. PT‐symmetric nodal lines (NLs) persist under T‐breaking, protected by the combination of SG and P symmetry. When considering spin‐orbit coupling, the SG‐protected NL will split into Weyl points, which will also induce anomalous transport phenomena arising from ...

Atomic Size Misfit for Electrocatalytic Small Molecule Activation

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This review explores the application and mechanisms of atomic size misfit in catalysis for small molecule activation, focusing on how structural defects and electronic properties can effectively lower the energy barriers of chemical bonds in molecules like H2O, CO2, and N2.

FUNCTIONAL REALIZATIONS OF LIE ALGEBRAS AS NOETHER POINT SYMMETRIES OF SYSTEMS

open access: yesActa Polytechnica, 2017
Functional realizations of Lie algebras are applied to the problem of determining Lie and Noether point symmetries of Lagrangian systems in N dimensions, particularly in the plane.

Multiwave and interaction solutions and Lie symmetry analysis to a new (2 + 1)-dimensional Sakovich equation

open access: yesAlexandria Engineering Journal, 2020
In this study, we construct multi wave solutions for the (2 + 1)-dimensional Sakovich equation by utilizing the logarithmic transformation of the dependent variables and symbolic computation with the ansatz function technique.

A Group Theoretical Identification of Integrable Equations in the Li\'enard Type Equation $\ddot{x}+f(x)\dot{x}+g(x) = 0$ : Part II: Equations having Maximal Lie Point Symmetries

open access: yes, 2009
In this second of the set of two papers on Lie symmetry analysis of a class of Li\'enard type equation of the form $\ddot {x} + f(x)\dot {x} + g(x)= 0$, where over dot denotes differentiation with respect to time and $f(x)$ and $g(x)$ are smooth ...

Engineering Porous Hollow Metal‐Poly(Heptazine Imide) Spheres: An Optimized Synthetic Strategy for Controlling Surface, Morphology, and Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Hollow poly(heptazine imide) spheres are prepared through a novel approach that integrates hard templating with ionothermal synthesis. This method enables precise control over surface area, pore volume, hydrophilicity, light absorption, band position, and metal composition. These tunable properties facilitate the customized design of semiconductors for

On New Conservation Laws of Fin Equation

open access: yesAdvances in Mathematical Physics, 2014
We study the new conservation forms of the nonlinear fin equation in mathematical physics. In this study, first, Lie point symmetries of the fin equation are identified and classified.

All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Lie symmetry analysis of stochastic SIRS model

open access: yesCommunications in Mathematical Biology and Neuroscience, 2019
In this paper, we discuss the connection between Lie symmetry of a SIRS stochastic differential equations and its integrability. A derived determining equation is obtained and used to find the admitted Lie point symmetries of the stochastic model. A third dimensional system is reduced into a one dimensional to achieve a linear model by mean of Symmetry
