In vivo IL‐10 produced by tissue‐resident tolDC is involved in maintaining/inducing tolerance. Depending on the agent used for ex vivo tolDC generation, cells acquire common features but prime T cells towards anergy, FOXP3+ Tregs, or Tr1 cells according to the levels of IL‐10 produced. Ex vivo‐induced tolDC were administered to patients to re‐establish/

The interaction of Light with Matter and Light with Light
This work consists of two fields of study involving the interaction of light with matter and light with light. The frst part explores the interaction of a superintense laser pulse with an ultrathin solid density foil. The radiation pressure exerted by the laser pulse can be so strong that, in principle, the whole foil is accelerated.

2004 Review of Light Cone Field Theory [PDF]
This article on light cone field theory reviews the basic concepts of the Poincare group in light cone quantum mechanics and light cone field theory. It discusses recent progress in light cone representations of the Bethe-Salpeter equation, with application to the pion form factor, and the quark Schwinger-Dyson equation.
