Characterization and Design Framework for Micro‐ and Nanoscale Printed Metal Interconnects in Hybrid Electronic Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
This work establishes a framework for high‐resolution printed interconnects by coupling e‐jet printing control, multilayer deposition, and sintering optimization. Ink properties and printing speed influence particle stacking, while different sintering atmospheres drive distinct microstructural evolution.

Behind Enemy Phone Lines: Insider Trading, Parallel Enforcement, and Sharing the Fruits of Wiretaps [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
Two key trends were present in the successful prosecution of Raj Rajaratnam and his coconspirators in one of the largest insider-trading conspiracies in history: the use of wiretaps to investigate and prosecute insider trading and a joint effort between ...

Radiative Cooling by Green(er) Solvents‐Upcycled Polyvinyl Chloride From Drug Blisters Waste

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
This study explores upcycling poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) from used pharmaceutical blisters into sustainable radiative cooling materials. Using solvent separation and membrane fabrication, PVC was converted into white membranes paired with aluminum foil.

Space Group Modulated Upconversion and Mechanoluminescence in [YbEu] Cocrystal Complexes

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
We report here a space group regulation strategy to optimize both upconversion and mechanoluminescence in cocrystal assemblies, representing the first example of integrating these two properties within a single lanthanide complex material. ABSTRACT Lanthanide complexes exhibiting stimuli‐responsive luminescence, such as upconversion (UC) and ...
