A novel metal‐supramolecular nanoplatform (FLM@VC) enables efficient brain delivery via meningeal lymphatic vessels (MLVs), bypassing the blood‐brain barrier (BBB) through subcutaneous administration. It reprograms tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) and remodels the MLVs to promote DC trafficking and CD8+ T cell activation.

The RNA G‐quadruplexes formed at the 5'‐end of the RNA component of human telomerase possess extreme slow unfolding rate, rendering them resistant to nuclease degradation. The helicase DHX36 overcame this kinetic barrier and significantly reduced the folded fraction.

Dynamics of carbon dioxide exchange of a wheat community grown in a semi-closed environment [PDF]
A wheat (Triticum aestivum Yecora Rojo) community was grown in the semi-closed conditions of the NASA/KSC Biomass Production Chamber (BPC). Experiments were conducted to determine whole community carbon dioxide exchange rates as influenced by growth and ...

This study achieves anisotropic thermal expansion tuning in Nd2(Co1‐xFex)17‐yCry compounds via a magnetoelastic strategy. Variable‐temperature synchrotron X‐ray diffraction reveals that increased Fe content induces switchable lattice responses. Compositional control reduces the volume expansion coefficient αV by 20% (x═0.7) and modulates TC (442–625 K),

Meta-modeling light interception in crop : weed canopies
Introduction Weeds are a major pest of crop production but are important for biological diversity. In order to design cropping systems that reconcile crop production and biodiversity we need tools that allow us to test multiple cropping systems, such as FLORSYS (Colbach et al., 2014).

It is currently not well understood how cells regulate basic properties, e.g., volume and mechanics within dense multicellular environments like tumors. Here, we show that different cell types of cancer and also normal cells largely decrease their nuclear and cellular volumes in emerging cell clusters and that this is partly driven by cell cycle shifts.

CAIR: Using Formal Languages to Study Routing, Leaking, and Interception in BGP
The Internet routing protocol BGP expresses topological reachability and policy-based decisions simultaneously in path vectors. A complete view on the Internet backbone routing is given by the collection of all valid routes, which is infeasible to obtain
