Abstract Transition metals (e.g., Fe2/3+, Zn2+, Mn2+) are essential enzymatic cofactors in all organisms. Their environmental scarcity led to the evolution of high‐affinity uptake systems. Our research focuses on two bacterial manganese ABC importers, Streptococcus pneumoniae PsaBC and Bacillus anthracis MntBC, both critical for virulence.

Abstract The occurrence of breaking overvoltage in a DC circuit breaker (DCCB) poses a potential threat to the safe operation of a DC grid. Based on the structure of the ±10 kV three‐terminal DC distribution network, this paper sets up the medium‐voltage DCCB and formulates a fault protection strategy.
