The Study of Natural Isolates of Fusarium spp. Micromycetes – Ligninolytic Enzymes Producers [PDF]
It is known that many basidiomycetes, white rot agents of wood in particular, produce ligninolytic complex enzymes, the most important of which are laccase, manganese peroxidase, and lignin peroxidase. Using these basidiomycete enzymes, promising methods

Direct interaction of lignin and lignin peroxidase from Phanerochaete chrysosporium [PDF]
Binding properties of lignin peroxidase (LiP) from the basidiomycete Phanerochaete chrysosporium against a synthetic lignin (dehydrogenated polymerizate, DHP) were studied with a resonant mirror biosensor. Among several ligninolytic enzymes, only LiP specifically binds to DHP.

The Tuta absoluta salivary effector TaCRVP subverts tomato immunity by hijacking host catalase SlCAT2. Through a sophisticated dual mechanism, TaCRVP simultaneously promotes SlCAT2 tetramerization for activation and blocks its SlAdBiL‐mediated degradation for stabilization.

Microbial degradation of lignin: Role of lignin peroxidase, manganese peroxidase, and laccase
Lignin peroxidase (LiP), laccase (LA) and manganese peroxidase (MnP) of white-rot basidiomycetes such as Phanerochaete chrysosporium, Coliorus versicolor, Phlebia radiata and Pleurotus erynigii catalyze oxidative degradation of lignin substructure model compounds and synthetic lignins (DHPs).

Dietary fiber (DF) modulates meat quality through the gut‐muscle axis by reshaping gut microbiota, improving intestinal integrity, reducing inflammation, and regulating muscle metabolism. These mechanisms influence muscle fiber characteristics and post‐mortem biochemistry, thereby enhancing tenderness, juiciness, color, flavor, and nutritional value of
