Preoperative lignocaine nebulisation for attenuation of the pressor response of laryngoscopy and tracheal intubation in patients with severe preeclampsia undergoing caesarean section delivery: A randomised double-blind controlled trial

open access: yesIndian Journal of Anaesthesia, 2023

A Comparative Analysis of Intratesticular Versus Intra‐Epididymal Injections of Clove Essential Oil on Male Dog Sterilization

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 1, January 2026.
This study evaluated clove essential oil as a non‐surgical sterilant in male dogs. Both intratesticular and intra‐epididymal injections significantly reduced sperm concentration, motility and viability, with histological and sonographic evidence of reproductive tissue damage.

Efficacy of Paracetamol Plus Lignocaine versus Lignocaine Alone for Pain on Propofol Injection: A Randomised Controlled Trial [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Clinical and Diagnostic Research
Introduction: Propofol triggers endothelial irritation and nociceptor activation, producing early injection pain. Lignocaine blunts this response but does not abolish it completely. A brief systemic analgesic may help close this residual gap.

Facial Skin Revitalization With CPM‐HA20G (Hyaluronic Acid + Glycerol): A Comparative Case Series Using Three Delivery Techniques With Ultrasound Confirmation

open access: yesJournal of Cosmetic Dermatology, Volume 25, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Skin boosters are commonly administered into the dermis or immediate subdermal plane using serial puncture technique. Alternative delivery methods, such as blunt cannulas and multiple‐needle injector devices, are available, but their ability to achieve comparable clinical outcomes has been under‐investigated.

Laser fenestration of the dorsal pharyngeal recess does not correct experimentally induced dorsal nasopharyngeal collapse in horses

open access: yesVeterinary Surgery, Volume 55, Issue 1, Page 88-100, January 2026.
Abstract Objective To quantify the impact of experimentally induced dorsal nasopharyngeal collapse (NPC) on respiratory performance parameters and assess the efficacy of laser fenestration of the dorsal pharyngeal recess as a treatment option for experimentally induced NPC. Study design Experimental interventional study. Animals Six adult Standardbreds

Opioid‐Free Versus Opioid‐Based Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Surgery: Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis Across Multiple Perioperative Outcomes

open access: yesAnesthesiology Research and Practice, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Background Opioid‐free anesthesia (OFA) has been proposed as a strategy to reduce opioid exposure and opioid‐related adverse events in laparoscopic surgery. However, evidence from randomized trials remains heterogeneous regarding pain control, postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV), and opioid consumption. Methods We performed a systematic review and
