This study evaluated clove essential oil as a non‐surgical sterilant in male dogs. Both intratesticular and intra‐epididymal injections significantly reduced sperm concentration, motility and viability, with histological and sonographic evidence of reproductive tissue damage.

Introduction: Propofol triggers endothelial irritation and nociceptor activation, producing early injection pain. Lignocaine blunts this response but does not abolish it completely. A brief systemic analgesic may help close this residual gap.
