Recovery Factor of Pure Helium Injection in Depleted Gas Reservoirs and Its Influencing Factors
This study employs compositional numerical simulation to systematically investigate the effects of injection rate, production rate, storage duration, and injection‐production scheme on pure helium recovery in depleted gas reservoirs. Low injection rates reduce viscous fingering while high production rates maximize near‐wellbore helium extraction ...

Aspects of the palaeoecology of crinoidal limestones
Crinoidal limestones are characteristic of marine epi- continental shelf successions of Lower Palaeozoic to Mesozoic age. Chiefly developed in the lower Carboniferous System, crinoidal limestones are also known in Silurian, Devonian, Upper Carboniferous ...

ABSTRACT Reliable characterization of mineralogical and textural changes in rock samples is essential for understanding fluid–rock interactions, particularly in experimental studies simulating subsurface conditions. This study presents a reproducible protocol for scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis of rock surfaces before and after exposure to ...

Carbonates from Santos Basin revealed U–Pb ages correlated with basalt ages (A), suggesting that they were formed during magmatic events. These events placed hot CO2 in the reservoir, which, when mixed with carbonate‐rich cold water (B), led to thermal convection, enabling the formation of the U contained in the carbonates.

Integrated petrographic, mineralogical and geochemical data from the Hastanetepe Pb–Zn deposit (Balya, Türkiye) reveal multi‐stage hydrothermal alteration and a magmatic sulphur source. Fluid inclusion and sulphur isotope results indicate a complex fluid evolution responsible for skarn‐type Pb–Zn mineralization along limestone–dacite contacts ...

Evaluation of possibilities of the plastic stone masonry of carbonate rocks in Slovakia [PDF]
At plastic processing of rocks, the size of mine blocks,is not decisive but aesthetically interesting textural and coloured parts of raw materials. Technologically are compact positions of travertine with a stripe texture, originating from the Hradišťa ...

The composition of intrusive rocks suggests that the magma was likely generated in a subduction‐related setting. The arc crustal thickness in the Phnom Sro Ngam and Halo Prospects was probably < 40 km during emplacement. Zircon U–Pb age range indicates a correlation with Loei Fold Belt magmatic activity.
