"A Dynamic General Equilibrium Model with Centralized Auction Markets" [PDF]
A conventional wisdom in economics is that a model dealing frictionless markets with a large number of agents always yields a Walrasian outcome. In this paper we assess the above argument in a dynamic framework by modeling centralized auction markets ...

Equilibrium Selection through Incomplete Information in Coordination Games: An Experimental Study [PDF]
We perform an experiment on a pure coordination game with uncertainty about the payoffs. Our game is closely related to models that have been used in many macroeconomic and financial applications to solve problems of equilibrium indeterminacy.

Hydrogen‐Assisted Fracture of Iron‐Based Fe–Ni–Al Alloys
Principal relations and fracture mechanisms of single‐phase and precipitate‐strengthened Fe–Ni–Al alloys subjected to prior electrochemical hydrogen charging are identified. The mechanisms of hydrogen effect on strength and microhardness are discussed, including hydrogen‐induced increase in microhardness and the role of hydrogen in fracture behavior ...

Assessment of the Limiting Equilibrium of a Slop
The authors consider practical issues of increasing the efficiency of construction on subsidence soils that have an unstable physical and mechanical form. Due to the fact that traditional experimental-theoretical methods and calculation methods were not enough to solve this problem, it was necessary to develop completely new methodological tools. A new

Power Dynamics: Multiple Equilibria, Cyclical Fluctuations, and Local Stability in Intertemporal General Equilibrium Models [PDF]
Based on the theory of power proposed by John Galbraith, Bertrand Russell and other social scientists, this paper offers two positive intertemporal general equilibrium models to understand: i.) How do rational people decide their optimal consumption ...

Influence of Test Temperature and Test Frequency on Fatigue Life of Aluminum Alloy EN AW‐2618A
The influence of test temperature and test frequency on the fatigue life of EN AW‐2618A is investigated. High‐cycle fatigue tests are performed at different test temperatures and frequencies on the 1000 h/230°C overaged state. Both test parameters reduce fatigue life due to time‐dependent damage mechanisms.

Edgeworth and Lindahl-Foley equilibria of a general equilibrium model with private provision of pure public goods [PDF]
In this paper, we propose a definition of Edgeworth equilibrium for a private ownership production economy with (possibly infinitely) many private goods and a finite number of pure public goods.

The present study investigates recycling of NiTi shape memory alloys via vacuum induction melting. An ingot was synthesized from elemental Ni and Ti and subjected to three subsequent remelting cycles. Remelting increases process durations and impurity levels and adversely affects microstructures and functional properties.

Transition to Equilibrium in International Trades [PDF]
Building on Giraud & Tsomocos (2009), we develop a model of non equilibrium international trades with incomplete markets. Trades occur in continuous time, both on international and domestic markets.
