Inversion-based control of electromechanical systems using causal graphical descriptions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
Causal Ordering Graph and Energetic Macroscopic Representation are graphical descriptions to model electromechanical systems using integral causality. Inversion rules have been defined in order to deduce control structure step-bystep from these graphical

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Line and Subdivision Graphs Determined by T 4 -Gain Graphs

open access: yesMathematics, 2019
Let T 4 = { ± 1 , ± i } be the subgroup of fourth roots of unity inside T , the multiplicative group of complex units. For a T 4 -gain graph Φ = ( Γ , T 4 , φ ) , we introduce gain functions on ...

Graphs isomorphic to subgraphs of their line-graphs

open access: yesDiscrete Mathematics, 1982
AbstractAn embedding of graph G into graph H is by defenition an isomorphism of G onto a subgraph of H. It is shown in this paper that every unicycle U embeds in its line-graph L(U), and that every other connected graph that embeds in its own line-graph may be constructed from such an embedded unicycle in a natural way.

Interaction of HS1BP3 with cortactin modulates TKS5 localisation, cell secretion and cancer malignancy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

Demonstrating b-coloring of generalized Jahangir graphs for representing complex manufacturing process

open access: yesCogent Engineering
A graph’s b-coloring admits proper coloring and has the extra characteristic of having a dominating node in each color-class in the graph. [Formula: see text] the b-chromatic number, is the largest integer k for which G can be colored with k colors using

A cognitive architecture-based model of graph comprehension [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
I present a model of expert comprehension performance for 2 × 2 "interaction" graphs typically used to present data from two-way factorial research designs.

The spectral radii of a graph and its line graph

open access: yes, 2007
The spectral radius of a (directed) graph is the largest eigenvalue of adjacency matrix of the (directed) graph. We give the relation on the characteristic polynomials of a directed graph and its line graph, and obtain sharp bounds on the spectral radius
