Early Clinical, Imaging, and Pathological Characteristics of SRPK3/TTN‐Digenic Myopathy

ABSTRACT Objective SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy was recently established as a skeletal muscle myopathy caused by digenic inheritance. This study characterizes the early clinical presentation of SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy in one previously reported and seven newly identified pediatric patients.

A line x tester analysis was carried out involving eleven lines and two testers in groundnut for assessing the combining ability in respect of number of pods, pod yield, harvest index, shelling outturn and sound mature kernels. The estimate of GCA/SCA variance showed the predominance of non-additive gene action for number of pods and pod yield.
