A Quadratically Convergent Interior-Point Algorithm for the P*(κ)-Matrix Horizontal Linear Complementarity Problem [PDF]
In this paper, we present a new path-following interior-point algorithm for -horizontal linear complementarity problems (HLCPs). The algorithm uses only full-Newton steps which has the advantage that no line searchs are needed.

A new Approach for the Modulus-Based Matrix Splitting Algorithms
We investigate the modulus-based matrix splitting iteration algorithms for solving the linear complementarity problems (LCPs) and propose a new model to solve it.

MOFs and COFs in Electronics: Bridging the Gap between Intrinsic Properties and Measured Performance
Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) hold promise for advanced electronics. However, discrepancies in reported electrical conductivities highlight the importance of measurement methodologies. This review explores intrinsic charge transport mechanisms and extrinsic factors influencing performance, and critically ...

Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Error bounds for linear complementarity problems of weakly chained diagonally dominant B-matrices
In this paper, new error bounds for the linear complementarity problem are obtained when the involved matrix is a weakly chained diagonally dominant B-matrix. The proposed error bounds are better than some existing results.

The Ricardian Dynamics Revisited [PDF]
The Ricardian dynamics describe the substitution of a new marginal method for an outgoing marginal method when demand increases. The process of extension or intensi cation of cultivation allows for spasmodic changes in prices and rents but is smooth on ...

Photon Avalanching Nanoparticles: The Next Generation of Upconverting Nanomaterials?
This Perspective outlines the mechanistic foundations that enable photon‐avalanche (PA) behavior in lanthanide nanomaterials and contrasts them with emerging application spaces and forward‐looking design strategies. By bridging threshold engineering, energy‐transfer dynamics, and materials engineering, we provide a coherent roadmap for advancing the ...
