FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

An Explicit Bound for the Logarithmic Integral Derived via Linear Forms in Logarithms
This paper establishes an explicit conditional upper bound for the Eulerian logarithmic integral by bridging transcendental and analytic number theory. Specifically, we apply the Baker-Matveev method for linear forms in logarithms to a primorial-based Diophantine system.

Protocol for quantifying miRNA trafficking across the endosomal membrane
