Linear consequent pole Halbach array flux reversal machine
This paper presents a linear variable reluctance permanent magnet (LVRPM) machine where the armature winding and inset Halbach array permanent magnets (PMs) are mounted on E-core stators.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Performances analyzing of Linear Motor using combined model [PDF]
The linear switched reluctance motor's force producing capabilities and power factor significantly enhance under magnetic saturation operating. This is an essential concept, and must be considered when modelling these type of machines.

Deterministic Turing machines in the range between real-time and linear-time [PDF]
Deterministic k-tape and multitape Turing machines with one-way, two-way and without a separated input tape are considered. We investigate the classes of languages acceptable by such devices with time bounds of the form n + r(n) where r E o(n) is a ...

By dawn or dusk—how circadian timing rewrites bacterial infection outcomes
The circadian clock shapes immune function, yet its influence on infection outcomes is only beginning to be understood. This review highlights how circadian timing alters host responses to the bacterial pathogens Salmonella enterica, Listeria monocytogenes, and Streptococcus pneumoniae revealing that the effectiveness of immune defense depends not only

Recent development of linear machine topologies and applications
Linear machines (LMs) produce linear motion without any intermediate transmission mechanisms, thus the whole electromechanical system has simple structure and its efficiency is high.

Infinite linear sequential machines
AbstractLinear sequential machines (LSM's for short) are considered over arbitrary fields. Various finiteness conditions are given for, sequential machines and LSM's with these properties are characterized. It is shown that the set of all input/output pairs characterizes an LSM. The effect on realizations of varying the ground field is studied.
