Abstract The site 17 in Brzezie, com. Klaj, is one of the few examples of entirely excavated settlements of the Linear Pottery Culture (LBK). Thanks to this, it was possible to recognise the building rules applied by their inhabitants. The excavations delivered a great amount of data for specialised studies.
