An Effector TaCRVP From Tuta Absoluta Oral Secretion Impairs H2O2‐Mediated Plant Defense by Targeting Tomato SlCAT2

The Tuta absoluta salivary effector TaCRVP subverts tomato immunity by hijacking host catalase SlCAT2. Through a sophisticated dual mechanism, TaCRVP simultaneously promotes SlCAT2 tetramerization for activation and blocks its SlAdBiL‐mediated degradation for stabilization.

Triple‐Level Content‐Addressable Vertical NAND Flash Memory

Commercial triple‐level‐cell V‐NAND flash memory is transformed into a compact content‐addressable memory by directly exploiting its eight threshold‐voltage states. A parity‐split search scheme preserves storage density while enabling reliable multi‐level and don't‐care matching. Parallel word‐line search delivers up to 24‐fold higher throughput and 54.

SAV1 in Cooperation With FKBP52 Participates in Implantation

The MST‐SAV1 complex modulates FKBP52 phosphorylation to fine‐tune PR activity, ensuring timely uterine transition to receptivity under estrogen signaling for implantation. Stromal SAV1 scaffolds MST1/2‐mediated FKBP52 phosphorylation via noncanonical Hippo to promote PR activity.

Nuclear IDH3A Drives Transcriptional Programs in Melanoma via the YBX1–JUN/FOS Axis

Genomic amplification drives aberrant nuclear localization of IDH3A in melanoma. Independent of its canonical metabolic activity, nuclear IDH3A cooperates with YBX1 to activate the c‐JUN/c‐FOS transcriptional program, while NONO facilitates its nuclear localization.
