In the title compound, [ZnI2(C13H19N3O)], the ZnII ion is five-coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry, in which the basal plane is defined by three N atoms from the Schiff base ligand and one iodide ion.

The quadratic linking degree [PDF]
By using motivic homotopy theory, we introduce a counterpart in algebraic geometry to oriented links and their linking numbers. After constructing the (ambient) quadratic linking degree -- our analogue of the linking number which takes values in the Witt group of the ground field -- and exploring some of its properties, we give a method to explicitly ...

On canonical triangulations of once-punctured torus bundles and two-bridge link complements [PDF]
We prove the hyperbolization theorem for punctured torus bundles and two-bridge link complements by decomposing them into ideal tetrahedra which are then given hyperbolic structures, following Rivin's volume maximization principle.Comment: This is the ...

2-(5-Bromo-2-methylphenyl)propan-2-ol
The title compound, C10H13BrO, crystallizes with four independent molecules of similar geometry in the asymmetric unit. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen bonds, which link the molecules into tetramers.

Geometry of fully augmented links in doubled 3-manifolds [PDF]
Classical fully augmented links have explicit hyperbolic geometry, and have diagrams on the 2-sphere in the 3-sphere. We generalise to construct fully augmented links projected to the reflection surface of any 3-manifold obtained by doubling a compact 3-manifold and show that the results of the classical setting extend to these links.

In the centrosymmetric dinuclear title compound, [Pb2(C10H6NO2)2(CH3COO)2(C2H5OH)2], one O atom of the carboxylate group of the quinoline-2-carboxylate anion connects the two PbII atoms.

Links of plane curve singularities are L-space links [PDF]
We prove that a sufficiently large surgery on any algebraic link is an L-space. For torus links we give a complete classification of integer surgery coefficients providing L-spaces.

Examples of noncommutative manifolds: complex tori and spherical manifolds
We survey some aspects of the theory of noncommutative manifolds focusing on the noncommutative analogs of two-dimensional tori and low-dimensional spheres. We are particularly interested in those aspects of the theory that link the differential geometry

This paper studies the displacement and efficiency of a Purcell’s three-link microswimmer in low Reynolds number regime, capable of moving by the implementation of a motion primitive or gait.

Refilling meridians in a genus 2 handlebody complement [PDF]
Suppose a genus two handlebody is removed from a 3-manifold M and then a single meridian of the handlebody is restored. The result is a knot or link complement in M and it is natural to ask whether geometric properties of the link complement say ...
