Simplifying record linkage: Software and strategy

Computers in Biology and Medicine, 1987
Although the methodology of record linkage is fairly well developed, there is a need for less expensive methods and simpler software to facilitate trying out different tactics to generate good linkages. The present work has built on a fourth generation language SAS (Statistical Analysis System) with accompanying macroprocessor, to develop a user ...

The EpiLink Record Linkage Software

Methods of Information in Medicine, 2005
Summary Objectives: Record linkage, the process of bringing together separately compiled but related records from different databases, is essential in many areas of biomedical research. We developed a record linkage program (EpiLink), which employs a simple mathematical approach.

Software for genetic linkage analysis

Molecular Biotechnology, 1996
Recent developments in human genetic linkage analysis have included the appearance of new software and collections of data and program resources, accessible by means of the Internet. Many of these new programs and collections are described, including their availability, literature background, and specific technical information.

Resolving linkage anomalies in extracted software system models

Proceedings. 12th IEEE International Workshop on Program Comprehension, 2004., 2004
Program model linking has been largely overlooked and not constrained properly in the extraction of software system models. This often results in inaccurate system models at different levels of abstraction even if programs can be extracted correctly. This paper describes two constrained approaches toward accurate linkage resolution.
