Plaque‐Hepatic Targeting Nanotherapy Disrupts the PCSK9‐LOX‐1 Axis to Suppress oxLDL in Atherosclerosis

Self‑amplifying PCSK9–LOX‑1 feedback axis drives atherosclerotic progression by promoting oxLDL generation and endothelial uptake.
