This review systematically summarizes the chemical structures and structure–activity relationships of key bioactive compounds in dandelion, including flavonoids, phenolic acids, terpenoids, and sterols. It highlights their neuroprotective mechanisms against neuroinflammation and oxidative stress, while outlining their promising dual applications in the

Flaxseed oil and docosahexaenoic acid administered to female Wistar rats with DMBA‐induced breast cancer help increase the HDL cholesterol and significantly reduce the CA15‐3, AST, ALT, LDL, and creatinine levels of rats compared to the negative control group. They also exhibited a protective effect on organs from histopathological data.

The present studies of network pharmacology, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation indicated that liensinine might ameliorate oxidative damage to vascular endothelium (ODVE) by regulating the targets of Nrf2, which is encoded by the NFE2L2 gene. Then the in vitro study further showed that liensinine exhibited an obvious protection against

This study provides a novel molecular perspective on the role of AS in ADs development. We identified a positive association between artificially sweetened cereal intake and ADs risk and revealed multiple pathogenic mechanisms involving apoptosis, inflammatory signaling, immune activation, and gut microbiota dysbiosis.
