Overcoming Printing and Interfacial Challenges in Liquid Metal Direct Writing for Integrated Stretchable Electronics

Liquid metal direct writing is advanced from a technological and fundamental point. Utilizing a kinematic bed, printing on large surfaces with irregularities is enabled. Furthermore, a pressure‐driven flow during printing is discovered that affects the thickness of traces.

Metallic microparticles dispersed in liquid metal interconnects mitigate electromigration‐induced failure by reconfiguring internal current density distributions. High‐Performance Piezoelectric Nanogenerators Based on Wurtzite BeO Nanowire Arrays

This study demonstrates high‐performance piezoelectric nanogenerators based on 1D BeO nanowire arrays. The BeO nanowires exhibit a high piezoelectric coefficient (∼15.8 pm V−1) and deliver an output voltage of ∼26.1 V and power density of ∼0.32 µW cm−2.
