A Study on Blowing Nitrogen Alloying of Stainless Steel 316L with VOD Refining

open access: yesTeshugang, 2011
The effect of nitrogen partial pressure (33 ~ 100 kPa), nitrogen blowing time (0 ~50 min), nitrogen rate (0. 3 L/min) and liquid temperature (1 773 ~ 1 833 K) in normal atmosphere condition on nitrogen content in steel 316L (% : 0. 31C, 16.

PARP inhibitors induce a senescence phenotype in non‐small cell lung carcinoma cell lines

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Talazoparib is the most potent inducer of senescence among different PARP1 inhibitors in human NSCLC cells. In the absence of PARP, no senescence phenotype was observed, demonstrating that PARP1 is necessary for the induction of senescence by this inhibitor.

Renewable energy carriers: Hydrogen or liquid air/nitrogen?

open access: yes, 2010
The world's energy demand is met mainly by the fossil fuels today. The use of such fuels, however, causes serious environmental issues, including global warming, ozone layer depletion and acid rains. A sustainable solution to the issues is to replace the

Effect of Non-Vacuum Nitrogen Blowing Process on Nitrogen Absorption Behavior of Austenite Stainless Steel 316L

open access: yesTeshugang, 2011
Effect of nitrogen blowing time (0-50 min) , nitrogen partial pressure (35-100 kPa) , nitrogen blowing rate (total flow rate 0.3 L/min ,N2:Ar=1 :3〜3:1) , liquid temperature ( 1773-1833 K) on nitrogen content in 0.8 kg liquid of austenite stainless steel ...

Erythropoietin modulates hepatic inflammation, glucose homeostasis, and soluble epoxide hydrolase and epoxides in high‐fat diet‐induced obese mice

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Erythropoietin administration suppresses hepatic soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) expression, leading to increased CYP‐derived epoxides. This is associated with a shift in hepatic macrophage polarization characterized by reduced M1 markers and increased M2 markers, along with reduced hepatic inflammation, suppressed hepatic lipogenesis, and attenuated ...

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...
