List decoding tensor products and interleaved codes
. We design the first efficient algorithms and prove new combinatorial bounds for list decoding tensor products of codes and interleaved codes. • We show that for every code, the ratio of its list decoding radius to its minimum distance stays unchanged ...

A single‐cell atlas of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma development reveals progressive ductal‐fibroblast‐immune crosstalk. Tumor‐derived LAMB3 drives the formation of immunosuppressive LRRC15+ fibroblasts through the ITGB1/FAK/MAPK/FOSL2 signaling. Glycolytic reprogramming upregulates LAMB3 and correlates with LRRC15+ fibroblast enrichment.

Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

List-decoding Reed-Muller codes over small fields [PDF]
We present the first local list-decoding algorithm for the rth order Reed-Muller code RM(r,m) over F2 for r ≥ 2. Given an oracle for a received word R: Fm2 → F2, our random-ized local list-decoding algorithm produces a list containing all degree r ...

FGF13 is upregulated in DRG neurons of PIPNP model mice. DRG neuron‐specific knockout of FGF13 ameliorates PIPNP symptoms. Mechanistically, FGF13 potentiates microtubule detyrosination by promoting VASH1 binding to microtubules. FGF13 knockout suppresses VASH1‐mediated microtubule detyrosination and promotes α‐tubulin tyrosination.

Low-latency list decoding of polar codes with double thresholding
For polar codes with short-to-medium code length, list successive cancellation decoding is used to achieve a good error-correcting performance. However, list pruning in the current list decoding is based on the sorting strategy and its timing complexity ...

This study elucidates that β‐elemene promotes cellular uptake of L. gasseri‐derived lactate by enhancing the membrane translocation of MCT1 in a CD147‐dependent manner. Intracellular lactate, through the lactylation of RBBP4 at the K26 site, recruits EP300 to the promoter regions of downstream genes (POLD1/POLD3), catalyzing H3K27ac modification.

Fast List Decoding of High-Rate Polar Codes
Due to the ability to provide superior error-correction performance, the successive cancellation list (SCL) algorithm is widely regarded as one of the most promising decoding algorithms for polar codes with short-to-moderate code lengths.

Enhancing Maturation of Human Neuromuscular Organoids via Electrical Stimulation
A framework for on‐demand and non‐invasive exposure of human neuromuscular organoids (NMOs) to electrical stimuli is established to promote their maturation. The robustness and effectiveness of different stimulation regimes are evaluated via thorough characterization of organoid tissue structure and contraction capacity. Chronic electrical stimulation,
