Specific Heat of the Ca-Intercalated Graphite Superconductor CaC$_6$

open access: yes, 2006
The superconducting state of Ca-intercalated graphite CaC6 has been investigated by specific heat measurements. The characteristic anomaly at the superconducting transition (Tc = 11.4 K) indicates clearly the bulk nature of the superconductivity.

Advances in Triboelectric Nanogenerators With Rotating Structure

open access: yesCarbon Energy, Volume 8, Issue 2, February 2026.
The rotating TENG has been widely studied for its superiorities of simple structure, high efficiency, and stable output. This review introduced the four different principles of rotating TENG and offered a thorough summary for performance and application research through three‐level classification. Importantly, the current existing problems, challenges,

DTA Study on Oxidation of Lithium Soap Grease

open access: yesJournal of Japan Oil Chemists' Society, 1977
The phase behavior of lithium soap/hydrocarbon oil and lithium soap/synthetic oil greases has been investigated using DTA. The change in the shape and size of soap micelle in the grease was examined with an electron microscope. It has been found that the phase behavior and the shape and size of the soap micelles in the grease are greatly affected by ...

Influence of Li Grease Thickener Types on Film Thicknesses Formed between Smooth and Dented Surfaces

open access: yesTribology Online, 2017
The lubricant film thickness behaviors of lithium (Li) thickener type greases and their base oil were investigated for the contact between a glass disk and a smooth/dented steel ball using an optical interferometry. The main focus is to understand grease
