Bridged Conductive Nanofibrous Membrane Overcoming the Porosity‐Conductivity Trade‐Off for Electrothermal Air Purification

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
To overcome the porosity‐conductivity trade‐off in conductive porous membranes, a conductive nanofibrous membrane bridged by self‐assembled PPy nanowires is constructed, integrating multiscale porosity with continuous electron pathways. This material‐structure‐function strategy achieves low‐resistance and high‐efficiency filtration combined with ...

TREM2 Drives Neutrophil Extracellular Traps‐Induced Dendritic Cell Maturation and Contributes to Lupus Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TREM2 recognizes NETs‐derived MPO to promote DC maturation and antigen presentation, thereby exacerbating the autoimmune response in SLE. Mechanistically, TREM2 activation triggers the DAP12/SYK/ERK cascade and enhances NETs internalization by DCs, which in turn activates the cGAS/STING signaling pathway.

Customizable Manufacturing of Polyamide Membranes with Programmable Layers and High Permselectivity by Electrospray Printer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A customizable manufacturing approach is established for polyamide (PA) membrane with an original programmable electrospray 3D printer, coupled polymerization method and a numerical prediction model. The printed PA layers has ultrathin thickness, programmable crosslinking degree, and smooth surface.

Non‐Monotonic Ion Conductivity in Lithium‐Aluminum‐Chloride Glass Solid‐State Electrolytes Explained by Cascading Hopping

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cascading hopping events of lithium ions are identified as the main ion conduction mechanism in inorganic glass solid‐state electrolytes. Machine learning molecular dynamics simulations and hop function analysis confirm that pairs of lithium ions carry out cascading hopping motions.

Edible Pneumatic Battery for Sustained and Repeated Robot Actuation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work presents an edible energy source and valve system to power soft, pneumatically driven edible robots. A chemical reaction between sodium bicarbonate and citric acid generates carbon dioxide gas, and a pressure‐triggered edible valve enables self‐repetitive motion of the edible actuator.

Enhanced One‐Pot Dual‐CRISPR‐Based Assay Lyophilized on a 3D‐Printed Disc for Field‐Deployable Multiplex Bacteria Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An enhanced one‐pot, helicase‐assisted recombinase polymerase amplification (hRPA)‐combined, dual‐CRISPR/uAsCas12a assay is developed and lyophilized on a 3D‐printed microfluidic disc to achieve field‐deployable multiplex bacteria detection. Abstract One‐pot CRISPR‐based detection combining recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) enables rapid and ...
