LMI - LOAM

open access: yes

The Role of Labour Market Institutions in Shaping Euro Area Monetary Policy Transmission

open access: yesOxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We examine how labour market institutions shape monetary policy transmission in euro area countries. A theoretical model suggests that higher union density flattens the Phillips curve, amplifying output responses while dampening the inflation effects of monetary shocks. This is empirically confirmed using an interacted panel VAR.

Sweet Potato Gene Clusters Control Anthocyanin Biosynthesis and Leaf Morphology

open access: yesPlant Biotechnology Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) exhibits diversity in pigmentation and leaf morphology, yet the genetic architecture and regulatory organisation underlying these traits remain poorly resolved, particularly with respect to organ‐specific control.

A multi‐omics investigation of sarcopenia and frailty: Integrating genomic, epigenomic and telomere length data

open access: yesExperimental Physiology, EarlyView.
Abstract Sarcopenia and frailty are complex geriatric syndromes influenced by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Recent studies suggest that specific genetic variants, DNA methylation patterns and shortened telomeres are associated with age‐related diseases and might contribute to the development of both sarcopenia and frailty. In this

Periodic Scenario Trees: A Novel Framework for Robust Periodic Invariance and Stabilization of Constrained Uncertain Linear Systems

open access: yesInternational Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, Volume 36, Issue 9, Page 5069-5086, June 2026.
ABSTRACT This work proposes a new framework for stabilizing uncertain linear systems and for determining robust periodic invariant sets and their associated control laws for constrained uncertain linear systems. Necessary and sufficient conditions for stabilizability by periodic controllers are stated and proven using finite step Lyapunov functions for

Whole-genome sequence and resistance determinants of four Elizabethkingia anophelis clinical isolates collected in Hanoi, Vietnam

open access: yesScientific Reports
Four isolates of the opportunistic pathogen Elizabethkingia anophelis were identified for the first time in a Vietnamese hospital and underwent antimicrobial susceptibility testing and genomic characterization by whole-genome sequencing.

Distributed Optimization of Finite Condition Number for Laplacian Matrix in Multi‐Agent Systems

open access: yesInternational Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, Volume 36, Issue 9, Page 5030-5043, June 2026.
ABSTRACT This paper addresses the distributed optimization of the finite condition number of the Laplacian matrix in multi‐agent systems. The finite condition number, defined as the ratio of the largest to the second smallest eigenvalue of the Laplacian matrix, plays an important role in determining the convergence rate and performance of consensus ...

Promoting banking services among low-income customers [PDF]

open access: yes
Many low-income people rely on payday lenders, check cashers, and other alternative financial service providers to get by. But the high costs make it hard for families to save. A 2008 Brookings Institution report highlights the reasons that the so-called

Genetic architecture of phenological, morphological, and phytochemical traits in Cannabis landraces

open access: yesThe Plant Genome, Volume 19, Issue 2, June 2026.
Abstract Despite its long history of cultivation and diverse applications, Cannabis sativa remains underexplored at the genomic level, particularly in landrace populations that harbor untapped genetic diversity. In this study, we investigated the genetic architecture of 145 Iranian cannabis landrace accessions, including both male and female plants ...
