Stability Analysis of Discrete-Time Switched Linear Time-Varying Systems Based on Function-Dependent LMIs

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
This paper considers the problem of uniformly asymptotic stability (UAS) for discrete-time switched linear time-varying (DSLTV) systems. Starting with discrete-time linear time-varying (DLTV) systems, some stability conditions are given by using function-

Guaranteed Cost Tracking for Uncertain Coupled Multi-agent Systems Using Consensus over a Directed Graph [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
This paper considers the leader-follower control problem for a linear multi-agent system with directed communication topology and linear nonidentical uncertain coupling subject to integral quadratic constraints (IQCs).

Polarimetry of ST LMi (CW1103 + 254) [PDF]

open access: yesMonthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, 1986
AbstractWhite light simultaneous photometry and linear and circular polarimetry is presented for the AM Her variable ST LMi. Linear polarization evident throughout the faint phase is tentatively attributed to electron scattering from gas in the accretion column at heights greater than 5Rwd above the surface.

The Role of Labour Market Institutions in Shaping Euro Area Monetary Policy Transmission

open access: yesOxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT We examine how labour market institutions shape monetary policy transmission in euro area countries. A theoretical model suggests that higher union density flattens the Phillips curve, amplifying output responses while dampening the inflation effects of monetary shocks. This is empirically confirmed using an interacted panel VAR.

Delay-Dependent H∞ Filtering for Singular Time-Delay Systems

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2011
This paper deals with the problem of delay-dependent H∞ filtering for singular time-delay systems. First, a new delay-dependent condition which guarantees that the filter error system has a prescribed H∞ performance γ is given in terms of linear matrix ...

Robust Dissipativity Analysis of Hopfield-Type Complex-Valued Neural Networks with Time-Varying Delays and Linear Fractional Uncertainties

open access: yesMathematics, 2020
We study the robust dissipativity issue with respect to the Hopfield-type of complex-valued neural network (HTCVNN) models incorporated with time-varying delays and linear fractional uncertainties. To avoid the computational issues in the complex domain,

Rare Natural SNP Activates SHOOT APICAL MERISTEM ENLARGER1 to Increase Branch Number and Silique Number on the Main Inflorescence in Brassica napus

open access: yesPlant Biotechnology Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Brassica napus is the second most important oil crop worldwide. Number of primary branches (Branch number, BN) and silique number on the main inflorescence (SMI) are key yield‐related quantitative traits. Here, we cloned a major QTL, qDB.A09, which simultaneously influences BN and SMI.

$H_{\infty}$ Controller Design for Singular Stochastic Markovian Jump System With Time-Varying Delay

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
This considers the problem of H∞ controller design for singular stochastic systems. The systems have Markovian jump and time-varying delay. We aim to design a controller ensuring the closed-loop system is stochastically admissible and satisfies a ...

Sweet Potato Gene Clusters Control Anthocyanin Biosynthesis and Leaf Morphology

open access: yesPlant Biotechnology Journal, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) exhibits diversity in pigmentation and leaf morphology, yet the genetic architecture and regulatory organisation underlying these traits remain poorly resolved, particularly with respect to organ‐specific control.

Dissipative Output Tracking Control of Linear Systems with Time Delay

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2013
The problem of dissipative output tracking control of linear systems with time delay is investigated. Firstly, an augmented system is constructed to describe dissipative output tracking control error, and the concept of dissipative output tracking is ...
