Attention Based Optimization for 3D Shape Registration

open access: yesComputer Graphics Forum, EarlyView.
Abstract Transformers are sequence‐to‐sequence architectures originally designed to handle structurally rigid and order‐sensitive data, such as text and images. At their core, they exploit the attention mechanism, which is permutation‐equivariant and relies on computing token‐to‐token relationships.

GNOCHI: Generative Neural mOdel for Close Human‐Human Interactions

open access: yesComputer Graphics Forum, EarlyView.
Abstract Creating realistic 3D human‐human interactions in virtual environments is challenging due to the high degrees of freedom in human body and the need for physically accurate poses that do not collide with each other. Traditional methods for humanhuman interaction are based on motion tracking or 3D body reconstruction, but lack generative ...

Advances in 4D Representation: Geometry, Motion, and Interaction

open access: yesComputer Graphics Forum, EarlyView.
We survey 4D representation through three key pillars — geometry, motion, and interaction — offering a selective, representation‐centric perspective to guide researchers in choosing and customizing the right 4D representation for their tasks. Abstract We present a survey on 4D generation and reconstruction, a fast‐evolving subfield of computer graphics

A posttranslational proteomic survey of a single anatomically preserved human 20‐week postconception brain

open access: yesJournal of Anatomy, EarlyView.
A well‐preserved 20 post‐conception week human brain was obtained and finely dissected into 18 anatomically distinct regions, including the pia mater. Each region underwent in‐depth proteomic analysis, encompassing both total protein content and post‐translational modifications.
