Strain, 1972
The article describes the design and use of an instrument which displays the peak frame load during a single operating stroke of a press. It consists of a strain gauge link permanently bolted to the frame of each press to which a portable electronic unit is connected. The technique of using a strain gauge link eliminates the problems encountered when a

Load balancing and resource monitoring in cloud
Proceedings of the CUBE International Information Technology Conference, 2012Nowadays there is huge amount of buzz in Information Technology about the word Cloud Computing, what does it actually means known to very few people I can described it nothing but the model of your Industry on pay per use basis, whatever you required take specify it, take it on rent, use it and pay as per your usage only.

Network Load Monitoring in Distributed Systems
2000Monitoring the performance of a network by which a real-time distributed system is connected is very important. If the system is adaptive or dynamic, the resource manager can use this information to create or use new processes. We may be interested to determine how much load a host is placing on the network, or what the network load index is.

Autonomic load balancing for flow monitoring
2012 IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC), 2012Monitoring flows at routers for flow analysis or deep packet inspection requires the monitors to update monitored flow information at the transmission line rate and needs to use highspeed memory such as SRAM. Therefore, it is difficult to measure all flows, and the monitors need to limit the monitoring target to a part of the flows.

Monitoring and Normalization of the Loaded Servers by Load Balancer
2016Cloud computing is a new computational model which is primarily based on distributed computing. The services and applications are accessible to the different clients using proper internet protocol suit and networking standards. Though it has many advantages the client has to consider also the drawbacks of the services provided by the cloud. Some of the

Evolving Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring
2013Non-intrusive load monitoring (NILM) identifies used appliances in a total power load according to their individual load characteristics. In this paper we propose an evolutionary optimization algorithm to identify appliances, which are modeled as on/off appliances.

Autonomic load balancing of flow monitors
Computer Networks, 2013In monitoring flows at routers for flow analysis or deep packet inspection, the monitor calculates hash values from the flow ID of each packet arriving at the input port of the router. Therefore, the monitors must update the flow table at the transmission line rate, so high-speed and high-cost memory, such as SRAM, is used for the flow table.

Non intrusive load monitoring: analytic expressions as load signature
2018 IEEE 12th International Symposium on Applied Computational Intelligence and Informatics (SACI), 2018Since 1992 (G. W. Hart [5]) the researchers started to take interest (focus) in developing a link between energetic signatures and household devices. In the ideal case, the main objective of the signature is to uniquely identify a device. One important characteristic of the signature is to be as compact as possible.

Viral load monitoring in HIV Infection
Current Infectious Disease Reports, 1999Measurement of HIV-1 viral load is now an accepted part of clinical practice for the determination of clinical prognosis and antiretroviral effectiveness in HIV infection. Consensus guidelines have been published on the appropriate use of this testing.
