Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.Focused ion beam induced deposition (FIBID) enables precise control of superconducting W–C nanowire devices. Introducing a Ga+ focused ion beam (FIB) cleaning step reduces substrate damage and suppresses leakage currents, shifting gating thresholds to higher voltages.
