El principio de causalidad y el concepto de gasto necesario
Could it be stated that the fulfillment of the causality principle is required in order for expense deduction to be applied? And, can criteria such as reasonability and normality be considered complementary to causality in Peruvian domestic law?

Fibronectin 1 (FN1)‐expressing subicular subpopulations encode novel object preference and selectively govern retrieval of novel object recognition (NOR) via affecting excitability of entorhinal‐projecting circuit through large conductance Ca2+‐activated potassium (BK) channel. ABSTRACT Novel object recognition (NOR), referring to the cognitive ability

Local Causality, Probability and Explanation [PDF]
In papers published in the 25 years following his famous 1964 proof John Bell refined and reformulated his views on locality and causality. Although his formulations of local causality were in terms of probability, he had little to say about that notion.

Targeting the PDK1/c‐Myc/SOX10 Signaling in Oligodendrocytes Alleviates Neuropathic Pain
This work reveals that oligodendrocyte homeostasis, mediated by PDK1, is a critical determinant of neuropathic pain (NPP) pathogenesis. Disruption of PDK1 in oligodendrocytes impairs SOX10‐dependent myelination programs through c‐Myc accumulation, leading to disrupted myelination and the pathophysiology of NPP.

On the concept of Bell's local causality in local classical and quantum theory [PDF]
The aim of this paper is to give a sharp definition of Bell's notion of local causality. To this end, first we unfold a framework, called local physical theory, integrating probabilistic and spatiotemporal concepts.

ABSTRACT Brown and beige adipocytes dissipate energy as heat, yet effective strategies to enhance their mitochondrial efficiency remain limited. Here, we identify Agnuside (AGN) as a selective stabilizer of the complex I assembly factor NDUFAF6. AGN directly binds cytosolic NDUFAF6, suppresses its ubiquitination, prolongs its half‐life, and facilitates

The causality between energy consumption and economic growth: A multi-sectoral analysis using non-stationary cointegrated panel data [PDF]
The increasing attention given to global energy issues and the international policies needed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions have given a renewed stimulus to research interest in the linkages between the energy sector and economic performance at ...

This study identifies an immunometabolic axis wherein SAM‐driven PRMT1 methylates LDHA, enhancing its activity. The resultant lactate induces STAT3 K709 lactylation, which stabilizes an active conformation to promote STAT3 phosphorylation and IL‐10 expression.

Statistical Inference for Local Granger Causality
Granger causality has been employed to investigate causality relations between components of stationary multiple time series. We generalize this concept by developing statistical inference for local Granger causality for multivariate locally stationary
