Quantum invariants of motion in a generic many-body system

open access: yes, 1998
Dynamical Lie-algebraic method for the construction of local quantum invariants of motion in non-integrable many-body systems is proposed and applied to a simple but generic toy model, namely an infinite kicked $t-V$ chain of spinless fermions ...

Conservation Laws and Exact Solutions for Time-Delayed Burgers–Fisher Equations

open access: yesMathematics, 2023
A generalization of the time-delayed Burgers–Fisher equation is studied. This partial differential equation appears in many physical and biological problems describing the interaction between reaction, diffusion, and convection.

Extra mass flux in fluid mechanics

open access: yes, 2016
The conditions of existence of extra mass flux in single component dissipative non-relativistic fluids are clarified. By considering Galilean invariance we show that if total mass flux is equal to total momentum density, then mass, momentum, angular ...

Stability estimates for non-local scalar conservation laws [PDF]

open access: yesNonlinear Analysis: Real World Applications, 2019
We prove the stability of entropy weak solutions of a class of scalar conservation laws with non-local flux arising in traffic modelling. We obtain an estimate of the dependence of the solution with respect to the kernel function, the speed and the initial datum.

Waveguide Photoactuators: Materials, Fabrication, and Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Waveguide photoactuators convert guided light into mechanical motion. Their tethered‐flexible design enables minimally invasive surgery and confined‐space robotics. This review aims to guide materials selection, device design, and system integration, accelerating the transition of waveguide photoactuators from laboratory prototypes to versatile ...

An exact particle method for scalar conservation laws and its application to stiff reaction kinetics

open access: yes, 2010
An "exact" method for scalar one-dimensional hyperbolic conservation laws is presented. The approach is based on the evolution of shock particles, separated by local similarity solutions.

Transient Antiskyrmion‐Mediated Topological Transitions in Isotropic Magnets

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A transient antiskyrmion‐mediated pathway that drives repeated stripe‐to‐skyrmion transitions is revealed, producing a net increase in topological charge in isotropic Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction films. Experiments and simulations identify the antiskyrmion as a metastable excitation, enabling stochastic bitstream generation for probabilistic ...

ON INFINITE SERIES OF NONLOCAL CONSERVATION LAWS FOR PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

open access: yesНаучный вестник МГТУ ГА, 2018
Популярное в математике понятие интегрируемости дифференциальных уравнений (и столь же разнообразно трактуемое) тесно связано с существованием симметрий и законов сохранения.

Active Force Dynamics in Red Blood Cells Under Non‐Invasive Optical Tweezers

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A non‐invasive method combines low‐power optical tweezers with high‐speed microscopy to simultaneously monitor local membrane forces and displacements in single human red blood cells. This dual‐channel approach reveals a mechano‐dynamic signature that correlates the cell's metabolic state with its mechanical activity. This energetic framework serves as
