The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

A stronger Bell argument for quantum non-locality [PDF]
It is widely accepted that the violation of Bell inequalities excludes local theories of the quantum realm. In this paper I present a stronger Bell argument which even forbids certain non-local theories.

2-Local derivations on finite-dimensional semi-simple Lie algebras [PDF]
We prove that every 2-local derivation on a finite-dimensional semi-simple Lie algebra L over an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero is a derivation.

Phosphorus (P) is an important substance for the growth of phytoplankton and an efficient index to assess the water quality. However, estimation of the TP concentration in waters by remote sensing must be associated with optical substances such as the ...

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Symmetry crossover protecting chirality in Dirac spectra
We consider a random matrix model in the hard edge limit (local spectral statistics at the origin in the limit of large matrix size) which interpolates between the Gaussian unitary ensemble (GUE) and the chiral Gaussian unitary ensemble (chGUE).

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Local and 2-local derivations of the octonion algebra
In the present paper, we prove that a local derivation on the octonion (Cayley) algebra $\mathbb{O}$ over an arbitrary field, satisfying some conditions is a derivation, and every 2-local derivation on $\mathbb{O}$ is a Jordan derivation.Comment: We ...
