One problem of interest in the analysis of Navier–Stokes equations is concerned with the behavior of solutions for certain conditions in the forcing term or external force.

ABSTRACT Background Outcomes in relapsed or refractory pediatric and AYA bone sarcomas remain poor, and the impact of early referral to specialized sarcoma centers on survival is unclear. Early centralization of care may improve local and systemic treatment quality, but evidence in this population is limited.

The motion of viscous compressible magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) is considered in a domain bounded by a free boundary. The motion interacts through the free surface with an electromagnetic field located in a domain that is exterior to the free surface and ...

Local existence and non-explosion of solutions for stochastic fractional partial differential equations driven by multiplicative noise [PDF]
In this paper we prove the local existence and uniqueness of solutions for a class of stochastic fractional partial differential equations driven by multiplicative noise.

ABSTRACT Background Therapeutic apheresis (TA) is an established treatment modality for hematologic, neurologic, and immunologic disorders, yet access remains severely limited in sub‐Saharan Africa. Donor apheresis, including platelet apheresis collection from healthy donors, represents an important complementary modality supporting blood product ...

Existence and Uniqueness of a Fixed Point for the Bellman Operator in Deterministic Dynamic Programming [PDF]
We study existence and uniqueness of a fixed point for the Bellman operator in deterministic dynamic programming. We show that removing many of the assumptions of the theorem on the Bellman operator recently shown by Martins-da-Rocha and Vailakis ...

ABSTRACT Background Chronic micro‐inflammation in patients with end‐stage renal disease (ESRD) is a significant driver of cardiovascular complications and diminished quality of life. While standard hemodialysis (SHD) effectively manages small‐molecule clearance, its ability to remove medium‐to‐large uremic toxins—the primary catalysts of systemic ...

Existence results for a class of local and nonlocal nonlinear elliptic problems
In this paper, we study the $p$-Laplacian problems in the case where $p$ depends on the solution itself. We consider two situations, when $p$ is a local and nonlocal quantity.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.
