Fatty Acid Binding Protein 5 Mediates Astrocytic Pyroptosis and Neuroinflammation in Epilepsy via cGAS/STING Pathway

Astrocytic FABP5 promotes mitochondrial stress, cGAS‐STING pathway activation, pyroptosis, and neuroinflammation in epilepsy, contributing to seizure pathology. Targeting GALNT7 Disrupts the TAZ O‐GalNAcylation Feedback Loop to Suppress Gallbladder Cancer Progression

Aberrant GALNT7‐mediated O‐GalNAcylation stabilizes TAZ to drive gallbladder cancer progression through a feed‐forward transcriptional loop.
