Targeting Decidual CD16+ Immune Cells with Exosome‐Based Glucocorticoid Nanoparticles for Miscarriage

Exosome‐based nanoparticles (GC‐Exo‐CD16Ab) are designed to deliver glucocorticoids (GC) specifically to decidual CD16+ NK cells and macrophages. This targeted delivery effectively suppresses the cytotoxicity of decidual NK cells, inhibits M1 macrophage polarization, and modulates the decidual microenvironment.

Hepatoblastoma, an aggressive childhood liver tumor, origins from malignant hepatoblast‐like cells. Single‐cell analysis reveals IGF2‐driven pathways promoting malignancy. Targeting these pathways offers promising treatments, with serum IGF2 as a potential diagnostic biomarker.

On recurrence for $\mathbb{Z}^d$-Weyl systems [PDF]

We study the topological recurrence phenomenon of actions of locally compact abelian groups on compact metric spaces. In the case of $\mathbb{Z}^d$-actions we develop new techniques to analyze Bohr recurrence sets. These techniques include finding and manipulating correlations between the coordinates of the set of recurrence.

DNA Origami‐Cyanine Nanocomplex for Precision Imaging of KRAS‐Mutant Pancreatic Cancer Cells

DNA origami‐cyanine (Do‐Cy) nanocomplexes are synthesized to selectively image KRAS‐mutant pancreatic cancer cells in the highly desmoplastic tumors. This study shows that the Do‐Cy nanocomplexes are preferentially internalized by cancer cells over other stroma cells via KRAS‐dependent macropinocytosis.

Graphical Abstract This clinical case report describes a <1 year old betta fish that developed pigmentary keratitis, anterior uveitis, and a mixed chromatophoroma that led to the patient's death.
