Construction and Analysis of Functional Networks in the Gut Microbiome of Type 2 Diabetes Patients
Although networks of microbial species have been widely used in the analysis of 16S rRNA sequencing data of a microbiome, the construction and analysis of a complete microbial gene network are in general problematic because of the large number of ...

Ultrasound-guided multilevel paravertebral block versus local anesthesia for medical thoracoscopy
Background: Local anesthetic infiltration for medical thoracoscopy has an analgesic properties for short duration. Single injection thoracic paravertebral block (PVB) provides limited analgesia.

Local properties on the remainders of the topological groups
When does a topological group $G$ have a Hausdorff compactification $bG$ with a remainder belonging to a given class of spaces? In this paper, we mainly improve some results of A.V. Arhangel'ski\vı and C. Liu's. Let $G$ be a non-locally compact topological group and $bG$ be a compactification of $G$.

Functional maps of neocortical local circuitry
This review aims to summarize data obtained with different techniques to provide a functional map of the local circuit connections made by neocortical neurones, a reference for those interested in cortical circuitry and the numerical information required

THE OBSERVED PROPERTIES OF DWARF GALAXIES IN AND AROUND THE LOCAL GROUP [PDF]
Positional, structural and dynamical parameters for all dwarf galaxies in and around the Local Group are presented, and various aspects of our observational understanding of this volume-limited sample are discussed. Over 100 nearby galaxies that have distance estimates placing them within 3Mpc of the Sun are identified.

Impact of the Cosmic Web on the Properties of Galaxies in IllustrisTNG Simulations
We investigate the influence of the cosmic web on galaxy properties in the IllustrisTNG simulations. To disentangle the effects of galaxy groups and cosmic filaments, we divide the cosmic web environment into four categories: group, group-dominated ...

On a family of Wiener type spaces
Research on Wiener type spaces was initiated by N.Wiener in [15]. A number of authors worked on these spaces or some special cases of these spaces. A kind of generalization of the Wiener's definition was given by H.Feichtinger in [2] as a Banach spaces ...

Local to global property in free groups
The local to global property for an equation $ψ$ over a group G asks to show that $ψ$ is solvable in G if and only if it is solvable in every finite quotient of G. In this paper we focus that in order to prove this local to global property for free groups $G=F_k$, it is enough to prove for k less or equal the number of parameters in $ψ$.

A Study of Decomposer and Related Functions on Groups
Decomposer functions in algebraic structures are studied in many recent papers. They have close relations to factorization by two subsets. Also, idempotent endomorphisms form a class of (strong) decomposer functions in groups.

The Strong Trotter Property for Locally μ-Convex Lie Groups
We show that an infinite dimensional Lie group in Milnor's sense has the strong Trotter property if it is locally $μ$-convex. This is a continuity condition imposed on the Lie group multiplication that generalizes the triangle inequality for locally convex vector spaces, and is equivalent to $C^0$-continuity of the evolution map on its domain.
