Cluster and group synchronization in delay-coupled networks
We investigate the stability of synchronized states in delay-coupled networks where synchronization takes place in groups of different local dynamics or in cluster states in networks with identical local dynamics.

The effect of buttressing on grounding line dynamics [PDF]
Determining the position and stability of the grounding line of a marine ice sheet is a major challenge for ice-sheet models. Here, we investigate the role of lateral shear and ice-shelf buttressing in grounding line dynamics by extending an existing ...

Effect of Prey Refuge and Harvesting on Dynamics of Eco-epidemiological Model with Holling Type III
In this research, we formulate and analyze an eco-epidemiology model of the modified Leslie-Gower model with Holling type III by incorporating prey refuge and harvesting.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

This article presents and analyzes a deterministic model for malaria transmission that incorporates infected individuals who are unaware of their infectious status (ignorant infected humans) and accounts for relapse dynamics.

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

Local Stability of Strongly Magnetized Black Hole Tori
We investigate the local stability of strongly magnetized relativistic tori orbiting Kerr black holes, for the case of a purely toroidal magnetic field topology. Our approach encompasses both solving the full dispersion relation numerically and solving a

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

A Delayed Fractional-Order Predator–Prey Model with Three-Stage Structure and Cannibalism for Prey
In this study, we investigate a delayed fractional-order predator–prey model with a stage structure and cannibalism. The model is characterized by a three-stage structure of the prey population and incorporates cannibalistic interactions.

In this paper, we study a more general diffusive spatially dependent vaccination model for infectious disease. In our diffusive vaccination model, we consider both therapeutic impact and nonlinear incidence rate.
