Galois structure of Zariski cohomology for weakly ramified covers of curves
We compute equivariant Euler characteristics of locally free sheaves on curves, thereby generalizing several results of Kani and Nakajima. For instance, we extend Kani's computation of the Galois module structure of the space of global meromorphic ...

In this study, we propose a biodegradable wireless soil urea sensor for precision agriculture. The sensor's electromagnetic response varies depending on the urea concentration, allowing the measurement of relative soil urea concentrations by analyzing the time‐transient electromagnetic response.

Finite semigroup varieties defined by programs
We study the regular languages recognized by polynomial-length programs over finite semigroups belonging to product varieties V ∗ LI, where V is a variety of finite monoids, and LI is the variety of finite locally trivial semigroups.

Information Transmission Strategies for Self‐Organized Robotic Aggregation
In this review, we discuss how information transmission influences the neighbor‐based self‐organized aggregation of swarm robots. We focus specifically on local interactions regarding information transfer and categorize previous studies based on the functions of the information exchanged.

Locally compact groups, residual Lie groups, and varieties generated by Lie groups
The concept of approximating in various ways locally compact groups by Lie groups is surveyed with emphasis on pro-Lie groups and locally compact residual Lie groups.

To address challenges in high‐throughput intestinal sampling with sealed containment and target drug delivery, we developed a dual‐functional ingestible passive capsule with a dual‐triggered control system based on pH‐response and mechanical actuation.

It is well known that if the supports of a function f ϵ L1(Rd) and its Fourier transform \̂tf are contained in bounded rectangles, then f = 0 almost everywhere.

Finite index subgroups in profinite groups [PDF]
We prove that every subgroup of finite index in a (topologically) finitely generated profinite group is open. This implies that the topology in such a group is uniquely determined by the group structure.

Liquid Crystalline Elastomers in Soft Robotics: Assessing Promise and Limitations
Liquid crystalline elastomers (LCEs) are programmable soft materials that undergo large, anisotropic deformation in response to external stimuli. Their molecular alignment encodes directional actuation in a monolithic structure, making them long‐standing candidates for soft robotic systems.

Projectivity and unification in the varieties of locally finite monadic MV-algebras
A description of finitely generated free monadic MV-algebras anda characterization of projective monadic MV-algebras in locally finitevarieties is given. It is shown that unification type of locally finitevarieties is unitary.
