Elevated Connectivity During Language Processing Is Associated With Cognitive Performance in SeLECTS

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Self‐Limited Epilepsy with Centrotemporal Spikes (SeLECTS) is associated with language impairments despite seizures originating in the motor cortex, suggesting aberrant cross‐network interactions. Here we tested whether functional connectivity in SeLECTS during language tasks predicts language performance.

A new version of the location quotient for estimating regional input output tables: the centred location quotient

open access: yesSpatial Economic Analysis
The construction of regional input-output tables presents several challenges. Ideally, a detailed survey of the regional economy would be conducted to determine the strength of relationships among sectors. However, a major limitation arises due to the large volume of data required, which may not always be readily available and entails high costs and ...

Morphology‐Driven Electromechanical Performance of Graphene‐Based Electrofluids for Emerging Soft Electronic Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Here, two types of electronic components are presented: a strain sensor and a stable resistor. Electrofluids properties are tuned to match these behaviors by selecting the type of filler. We show that the morphology of the filler together with its oxygen content are the key parameters to create electrical and mechanical networks with distinct responses.
