Stolarsky Means in Many Variables
We give in this article two possible explicit extensions of Stolarsky means to the multi-variable case. They attain all main properties of Stolarsky means and coincide with them in the case of two variables.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

A separation of some Seiffert-type means by power means
Consider the identric mean \(\mathcal{I}\), the logarithmic mean \(\mathcal{L,}\) two trigonometric means defined by H. J. Seiffert and denoted by \(\mathcal{P}\) and \(\mathcal{T,}\) and the hyperbolic mean \(\mathcal{M}\) defined by E.

Ostrowski type inequalities involving conformable fractional integrals
In the article, we establish several Ostrowski type inequalities involving the conformable fractional integrals. As applications, we find new inequalities for the arithmetic and generalized logarithmic means.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

On relation between the power mean and the logarithmic mean
If x , y are distinct positive numbers, then Mp= Mp (x , y) is called the power mean of x and y .

A SIMPLE PROOF OF THE DAMASCUS INEQUALITY
The article is devoted to the presentation of a new proof of the so-called Damascus inequality, formulated in 2016 by Fozi M. Dannan, Professor of the Department of Fundamental Sciences of the Arab International University (Damascus, Syria).

Application of logarithmic mean temperature difference to heat exchangers [PDF]
In this article, we are going to present the basic characteristics that have to be borne in mind when working with heat transport in heat exchangers. In these devices, the variation in temperature along the length of the tubes through which the heating ...

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.
